Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including custom/personalized jewelry, sale items, and gift cards.

Damages & Issues: We take great care to ensure your order is well-padded and protected for a safe journey. However, once your package has left our studio, Grace Jewelries assumes no liability for any damages that may occur during shipment.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to cancel orders once the package is in transit.
